Art Submission Guidelines

Eligibility

  • Open to all Vietnamese-based artists

  • Both individual and collaborative works are accepted.

  • Artists must be able to deliver the artwork to Hanoi and attend the Opening party (Thu, December 25, 2025) if selected.

  • Each artist may submit multiple artworks (art ideas and/or completed works).

Accepted Art Forms

  • We welcome artworks that reflect creativity, craftsmanship, and alignment with the event’s theme: “Dreams & Dreamers”.

  • AI-assisted creation is welcome, but artists must disclose the extent of AI involvement. Works must demonstrate meaningful human authorship and transparency in process.

Note: We have limited capacity in accepting very large-scale works or those requiring a complex setup. Please reach out to xinchao@pixeldreams.vn for pre-approval if you wish to submit one.

Review Criteria

All submissions will be reviewed by the Pixel Dreams curators based on:

  1. Concept & Creativity – originality of idea, clarity of concept, and creative depth.

  2. Relevance to Theme – how well it connects to Dreams & Dreamers.

  3. Craftsmanship & Execution – technique, quality, and attention to detail.

  4. Presentation – how the work is displayed, formatted, or visualized.

  5. Feasibility – ability to be produced and displayed within the exhibition space and timeline.

Artist Commitments

Selected artists will be notified by Nov 20.

By confirming participation, artists agree to:

  • Deliver their physical artwork to Pixel Dreams between December 20–24 for installation.

  • Ensure proper packaging and transportation of their artwork.

  • Participate in the Opening Night on December 25, joining fellow artists, curators, and guests in celebrating the exhibition launch.

  • Collaborate with the Triposphere team on installation details, presentation, and communication to ensure each piece is safely and beautifully displayed.

Pixel Dreams reserves the right to decline any artwork that cannot be safely exhibited or that falls outside the agreed presentation standards.

Copyright & Use

  • Artists retain full ownership of their work.

  • By submitting, artists grant Pixel Dreams permission to display and document their work during the exhibition and in related promotional materials (non-exclusive).

  • Artists are responsible for ensuring their submission does not infringe on third-party rights.
